e same. We have reviewed the affidavit and concur with the district cour's determination. Error, if any, in the denial of the affidavi's admission was harmless.
CONCLUSION
Absent a specific directive from the legislature, we will apply Wyoming law to define the parameters of worker's compensation coverage. In this instance, Wyoming law indicates that Appellan's employment was lawful. Therefore, we affirm the district cour's determination that the provisions of our Worker's Compensation Act provide the exclusive means of Appellan's recovery for his injuries.
Affirmed.
