nto consideration some time, and that would be in a forum non conveniens motion. While application in that context is not the analysis I favor (as made clear above), the parties should still be reminded that at least one member of this panel is not totally blind to the real interests of the state.
III.
The trial court did the right thing, and its judgment should be affirmed.
