ined equally either of two inconsistent propositions, and accordingly the Commonwealth has not satisfied its burden. See Commonwealth v. Croft, 345 Mass. 143, 145 (1962).


3. Disposition. The defendant's motion for a required finding of not guilty should have been allowed. The judgment is reversed, the guilty finding is set aside, and judgment shall enter for the defendant.


So ordered.
