Watson v. Johnson12/17/2002 2d 488, 491 (Miss. 1987). Watson had a duty to be more diligent and his unsubstantiated assertions were not enough to prevent summary judgment. Therefore, we find that the trial judge did not err in finding that summary judgment was appropriate, and accordingly, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
. THE JUDGMENT OF THE HINDS COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT IS AFFIRMED. ALL COSTS ARE ASSESSED TO THE APPELLANT.
McMILLIN, C.J., KING AND SOUTHWICK, P.JJ., BRIDGES, THOMAS, LEE, IRVING, MYERS AND CHANDLER, JJ., CONCUR.
