Appellants' argument amounts to an argument that where there is an allegation of fraud, the defendant cannot raise the defense of statute of limitations, at least when the allegation is made against a fiduciary. That is not the law.
Disposition
The judgment is affirmed. Respondents to recover costs on appeal.
