CONCLUSION
The showing made by the defendants, as reflected in the record before us, is sufficient to support the trial court's discretionary determination. The record amply demonstrates that there was no abuse of discretion by the trial court in the granting of its order to dismiss the action as to six of the plaintiffs and to stay it as to the remaining three.
DISPOSITION
The order is affirmed. The defendants shall recover their costs on appeal.
