Thus, we find no abuse of discretion by the trial court in awarding Wright the costs incurred in deposing Local Favorite's expert witness in preparation for proving that Wright suffered injuries, including a torn rotator cuff, in the accident on October 9, 1998, which issue Wright ultimately proved at trial.
DISPOSITION
The postjudgment order is affirmed. Wright shall recover his costs on appeal.
