Plainly, a reasonable jury could find sustained fear based on such evidence. It was for the jury to determine credibility and the weight to be given to the evidence. They apparently found Kincannon credible, as they were entitled to do. There is sufficient evidence to support the conviction for terrorist threat.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed.
