on that date. Dr. Stutesman carefully explained the basis for her 5% rating, and defendants have not argued that the rating is unsupported by the evidence. Thus, we conclude that the evidence supports the challenged findings of fact, which in turn support the conclusions of law and award of the Commission.
Defendants also contend that the Commission erred in denying their motion to reconsider. In light of our decision on the merits in this opinion, we need not address this contention. The 28 February 2001 Opinion and Award of the Commission is affirmed.
Affirmed.
