Twiggs v. Municipality of Anchorage6/19/2002 hose factors are sufficient to uphold the board's decision because they all support the conclusion that Twiggs used his injury in an attempt to excuse his behavior. The evidence that he did not tell his supervisor about his injury until he was approached about complaints and that he waited three years before he sought treatment could show that his injury did not actually affect his work. Additionally, the testimony from his fellow police officers shows that he had interpersonal problems before his 1987 injury.
CONCLUSION
The decision of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board is AFFIRMED.
DATED this 1st day of June, 2001, at Kodiak, Alaska.
