Webb was not "using" Kennedy's trailer at the time of Beach's fatal accident, Kennedy's insurance policy with Everest does not provide coverage to Webb for its alleged liability to Beach's estate. The Webb appellants are consequently not entitled to contribution or indemnification from Everest.
