Meyer v. Brubaker1/29/2002 for their facial expressions. We have reviewed the record regarding each of the asserted claims of bias, and those claims are manifestly without merit.
III. DISPOSITION
The matter is remanded for the trial court to amend its judgment to reflect that the Brubakers owe Bye P.D. - not Meyer -reimbursement of the excess salary, car allowances, and legal expenses paid to the Brubakers. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. Meyer shall have his costs on appeal. (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 26.)
