Harvey v. Williams2/15/2002 no evidence that the verdict was contrary to law, and where the Harveys do not challenge the trial court's rejection of their allegations of misconduct, there is no basis to find a lack of substantial justice.
Accordingly, we reverse the order granting a new trial and remand for reinstatement of the jury verdict.
A majority of the panel having determined that this opinion will not be printed in the Washington Appellate Reports, but will be filed for public record pursuant to RCW 2.06.040, it is so ordered.
Seinfeld, J.
