Waller v. Phipps9/14/2001 estion of future medical expenses to the jury due to the lack of sufficient evidence to authorize such an award. We therefore vacate that part of the judgment specifically allotted for future medical expenses, and modify the final judgment from a sum of $172,238.20 to $122, 238.20.
Judgment affirmed as modified.
