Because Jefferson County is a proper venue for this action and because Winston County would not be a significantly more convenient venue, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the Nicholses' motion to transfer this case to Winston County.

Because Jefferson County is a proper venue for the trial of PBI's action and because the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the Nicholses' motion to transfer the action under ยง 6-3-21.1, we deny the writ.
