Falk v. Southern Maryland Hospital12/7/1999
hold that appellant has failed to meet the requirements of ยง 5-609 to establish a claim against either Dr. Sadri or Southern Maryland Hospital. The evidence simply does not demonstrate that Ferguson informed the hospital staff that he intended to harm a particular person or group of persons. Accordingly, we affirm the judgments of the lower court.
