Johnson v. Hunter11/30/1999 rial court's award to Cheatham of one-third of the contingency fee is reversed. This case is remanded for the trial court to make a reasonable division of the contingency fee under the theory of quantum meruit and based on the factors listed in DR 2-106.
The decision of the trial court is reversed and remanded as set forth above. Costs are taxed to Appellee, for which execution may issue if necessary.
