Because the Caroffs have not prevailed, we need not remand to the trial court. The enforceability of the consent settlement and judgment are moot in the absence of coverage. For the same reason the Caroffs are not entitled to attorney fees under Olympic Steamship Co. v. Centennial Insurance Co. Affirmed.
