106 Wn.2d at 121. The supply control technician job DOC offered her was a reasonable accommodation. Dedman has failed to meet her burden of proving a prima facie case of disability discrimination. We hold that the superior court correctly upheld the decision of the PAB; we likewise affirm the PAB's finding that, because Dedman's disabilities prevented her from performing an essential job function, which no reasonable accommodation would enable her to perform, the DOC lawfully reassigned her from a correctional officer position to a clerical position.
