Lane v. Terry H. Pillinger6/10/1997 judgment is given the benefit of inferences that may be reasonably drawn from the evidence. See id. On this record, no jury could have reasonably found the circumstances of this dismissal to be such as to lead to a legal Conclusion that the dismissal was a "favorable termination" reflecting that Lane was innocent of wrongdoing. We agree with the trial court that Lane did not obtain a "favorable termination" in the lawsuit brought against him by Pillinger for Rasko.
Conclusion
Accordingly, the summary judgment below is affirmed.
