Thus, under the circumstances existing here, all injuries sustained by Plaintiff, which were alleged to have been proximately caused by successive negligent acts or omissions that combined concurrently to create a risk of harm to him, constituted a "single occurrence" within the meaning of Section 41-4-19.
Conclusion
48. For the reasons discussed herein, the judgment is reversed, and the cause is remanded for trial on the merits. Defendants are awarded their costs on appeal.
