AMERICAN TOWERS OWNERS v. CCI MECHANICAL12/20/1996 x v. Progressive Ins. Co., 745 P.2d 838, 841 (Utah.Ct.App. 1987) (movant "must explain how the continuance will aid his opposition to summary judgment," and additional discovery requested must be "material and of a substantial nature"). We conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying the Association's motion to continue discovery.
We affirm the district court's grant of summary judgment to each of the defendants.
