CONWAY v. WILTON9/12/1995 necessarily place limitations on the land's status as "available to the public." There is no inconsistency, and, therefore, there is no genuine issue of material fact in dispute. Therefore, the trial court properly granted the town's and Dixon's motion for summary judgment.
The judgment is affirmed.
