"resident relative" exclusion does not apply to him. Castillo is therefore entitled to coverage under all three policies. We must re-emphasize that the coverage issues analyzed in this appeal are separate and distinct from the issues of liability and damages that inevitably will be at issue in the underlying substantive tort action. Our holding today deals solely with the coverage issues and does not in any way express any opinion as to the merits of the underlying tort action, or the viability of any of the causes of action asserted therein.
The trial court's order granting summary judgment is vacated, and this case is remanded for entry of summary judgment in favor of appellants.
