rials were sufficient to meet their burden as to the elements of this claim, too. Thus, as the trial court erred in granting appellee's summary judgment motion, appellants' two assignments of error are both well taken.
The judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the action is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
