Hoffman v. State2/15/1994 tice after two years, it does not bar action for a violation of the taxpayer's constitutional right to notice. See Tulsa Professional Collection Servs., 485 U.S. at 490-91.
Conclusion
For the reasons stated above, we reverse and remand to the trial court with instructions to void the tax sale. Costs on appeal are awarded to Hoffman.
