ry dismissal as if it had never been filed and the statute of limitations as if it had not been tolled. Plaintiff's second complaint, therefore, constituted a new action which plaintiff failed to file within the three years required by the statute of limitations.
For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the orders of the trial court dismissing plaintiff's action and denying her motion for a new trial or for relief from judgment.
Affirmed.
