Morgan v. Board of Water Works of Pueblo7/30/1992 tion, Clifford Morgan testified that his neck and shoulder pain had continued for three years since the accident, up to and including the time of trial, and that he still had to curtail his activities as a result of the injuries he sustained in the accident.
Accordingly, we conclude that this evidence was sufficient to warrant submission to the jury of the question of the permanent effects of plaintiffs' injuries.
Judgment affirmed.
