Cowan v. Powell6/24/1993 case. We thus conclude that, under the peculiar procedural facts of this appeal, the trial court did not err in refusing to grant Defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and in entering a judgment awarding costs to Plaintiff. We therefore affirm.
