Mowles v. Hillcrest Health Center11/12/1991
§ 96 violates the Oklahoma Constitution's proscription against the passage of special laws affecting limitations of actions and estates of minors found in Article 5 Section 46 of the Constitution. Thus we need not address Mowles' argument that retroactive application of § 96 is unauthorized.
REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR FURTHER PROCEEDINGS CONSISTENT WITH THIS DECISION.
