y indication that Margaret is incapacitated, unsuitable or incapable of discharging her duties, has mismanaged the estate, or failed to perform any duty imposed by law or by any lawful order of the court. See I.C. ยง 29-1-10-6. Therefore, we find that no proper ground for the trial court's revocation of Margaret's appointment as special administratrix existed. Consequently, we reverse the trial court's removal of Margaret and reverse the trial court's subsequent appointment of Janet as special administratrix.
CONCLUSION
Based on the foregoing, we find that the trial court erroneously removed Margaret as special administratrix.
Reversed.
