and, in fact, strongly implies that her personal injury claims were settled without the necessity of formal litigation. The affidavit fails to support Spiece's contention that a non-disclosure occurred. In the absence of any evidence showing juror misconduct, the circuit court did not have good cause for granting a new trial.
The order granting a new trial is reversed. The cause is remanded to the circuit court for entry of judgment on the jury's verdict.
