upon the trial court's finding LES materially breached the parties' agreement and a net judgment in favor of Protek, we find LES is not entitled to prejudgment interest under R.C. 1343.03.
{ } LES' fourth assignment of error on cross-appeal is overruled.
{ } The December 14, 2004 Judgment Entry of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas is affirmed.
