Based on the evidence presented at trial, a reasonable jury could conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that Defendant made a false statement under oath during an official proceeding, and the false statement was material to his claim for workers' compensation benefits. Defendant is not entitled to relief on this issue.

After a thorough review of the record, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
