Huynh v. Nguyen10/4/2005
ppeal and affirm the trial court's order denying Unity's special appearance. We reverse the trial court's order to the extent it denied Valley's special appearance as to the claims asserted by Thuy and Ha against Valley, and we remand to the trial court with instructions to dismiss these claims for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm the remainder of the trial court's order.
