Soti v. Lowe's Home Centers1/14/2005 y, apparently understood that SRS was confused about the causal link between the hernia and the back injury because she asked Dr. Dempsey to write a letter "further describing the need for the hernia referral." In short, Soti did not produce sufficient evidence of fraudulent suppression. Conclusion
The trial court correctly entered a summary judgment in favor of Lowe's and SRS. Therefore, the summary judgment is affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
Nabers, C.J., and See, Harwood, and Stuart, JJ., concur.
