Bryant v. State3/16/2005 rder, however, does not mean that the court ignored the evidence or failed to consider it. Beulah v. State, 344 Ark. 528, 42 S.W.3d 461 (2001). Because the trial judge does not have to weigh each factor equally, and in light of the evidence presented at the hearing, we cannot say that the trial court clearly erred in its decision to retain jurisdiction of this case.
Affirmed.
