R. 53(a) (providing that violations of a rule of professional conduct are grounds for discipline); id. R. 60 (providing for sanctions for misconduct).
IV.
For the reasons above, we vacate the opinion of the court of appeals and affirm the judgment of the superior court dismissing Safeway's complaint.
