laintiff's failure to file the necessary documents to satisfy the requirements of the statute. As plaintiff failed to establish good cause for the untimely filing, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the case with prejudice.
III. CONCLUSION
For the reasons stated, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
Affirmed.
