or a new trial, we need not address the other issues raised by plaintiff in this appeal. For the foregoing reasons, we reverse the judgment of the circuit court of Cook County and remand this cause for a new trial consistent with this opinion and with our previous opinion in Petre v. Kucich, 331 Ill. App. 3d 935, 771 N.E.2d 1084 (2002).
Reversed; cause remanded for a new trial.
