he parking lot in order to comply with any zoning bylaw, regulation or municipal order adopted by the town. The town concedes that fact in its brief before this court. Accordingly, we conclude that the town was not entitled to immunity under ยง 10 (a), and we need not consider this issue further.
4. Conclusion
The order of the Superior Court judge denying the town's motion for summary judgment is affirmed.
