he part of Graves and that judgment in his favor was properly granted, we therefore also find that judgment as a matter of law in favor of Coleman was also properly granted.
CONCLUSION
. For these reasons, the circuit court's order granting judgment as a matter of law in favor of Coleman Maddox Allen, III, and M. Lee Graves is hereby affirmed.
