Cook v. Loggerhead6/7/2005 competent evidence to support the findings of fact, and the findings of fact support the conclusions of law, we affirm the Opinion and Award of the full Commission. Deese, 352 N.C. at 116, 530 S.E.2d at 553.
Loggerhead assigns error to several other findings of fact but fails to argue them in its brief, therefore, they are deemed abandoned. N.C. R. App. P. 28(b)(6).
Affirmed.
