Davis v. Douglas County Dep't of Corrections3/1/2005 n by the evidence to have been incurred as a result of a compensable accident are not allowable as charges against the employer. Hare v. Watts Trucking Service, supra. We have affirmed the trial court's denial of benefits for the right hip and groin injury, and accordingly, the trial court was not clearly wrong in denying payment of medical expenses incurred to treat the right hip and right groin, because the expenses were not incurred as a result of Davis' July 5, 2000, accident. Davis' final assignment of error is without merit.
CONCLUSION
We conclude that the trial court did not err in finding that Davis did not sustain permanent impairment and restrictions as a result of her low-back injury , in finding that she did not sustain an injury to her right hip or right groin arising out of and in the course of her employment, and in failing to award payment of certain medical expenses. Accordingly, we affirm the review panel's order which affirmed the trial court's award.
