First of all, I think the evidence shows that Abdul did not say anything rude to George. If, however, you believe that Abdul did say something rude to George, saying something can never be the basis for a provocation of an assault by George on Abdul.


Given these circumstances we conclude there is no reasonable probability the misstatement affected the outcome of the trial.


The judgment is affirmed.
