Boating Accident - Woman stuck in leg by boat prop while waterskiing. Settlement - $335,000.
Car Accident – 17 y.o. driver killed in head-on accident. Settlement - $200,000.
RTD Special Transport - Disabled passanger injured during transport causing pain syndrome - confidential settlement.

Car Accident - minor passenger injured. - Minor passenger receives broken leg in accident caused by uninsured driver. Three different insurance companies paid a total of $170,000 to settle claims.
