Attorney, ANTHONY M. SELLITTO, JR., recently settled a claim for a client who slipped on a wet clam shell on a dock in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. It was a common occurence at the marina for seagulls to drop clams on the dock to break them open. The client fell at night after getting off a ferry from New York City to New Jersey
