$491,000 Jury Verdict for Neck Injury

Client suffered neck injuries after being struck in the rear. Client suffered a herniated disk in the neck. The client did not have insurance to pay for the surgery. The Jury awarded a total of $491,000 inlcuding $75,000 needed to pay for the surgery. Since the jury verdict was above the amount the client would have settled for before trial, the court added higher interst, attorneys fees and costs raising the judgement to a total of $575,000
