Wrongful death due to a defective tire

A family was driving to Disneyland. The mother was at the wheel when the left rear tire blew out. The car rolled and her teenage daughter was killed. A lawsuit was filed against the tire manufacturer and Attorney Newhouse won a $1,000,000 settlement for the family.
