Products Liability; Tire Blowout; Confidential Settlement

I represented a 44 year old gentleman who was injured in a one car automobile accident which occurred as a result of a Firestone Firehawk tire blowout on his Ford F-350 pickup truck. The gentleman sued Bridgestone/Firestone and argued the tire was defective. The action settled for a confidential sum.
